Private Norman Osborn Langford was the son of Mr Alfred Langford of Good Street, Granville, New South Wales. He enlisted on 1 March 1915 and was assigned to the 19 Infantry Battalion. He died of Meningitis at the Garrison Hospital in Australia on 7 May 1915. He is buried in Rookwood Necropolis, Rookwood, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. His name is displayed in the Commemorative Area of the Australian War Memorial.
